TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. This constitutes an order for wedding photographs. It is understood that any and all sample prints and files remain the property of the photographer, Piper Photography Studio, and they may be used for advertising, display or any purpose thought proper by Piper Photography Studio.
2. Although all care possible will be taken with the files and photographs taken at the wedding, photographer limits any liability for loss, damage or failure to deliver pictures for any reason to the return of all deposits made.
3. Upon signature, Piper Photography Studio reserves the date and time agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that date and time. For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable, even if the date is changed or wedding canceled for any reason.
4. A deposit of $200.00 is due at signing of this contract, with the balance to be paid in full at the final wedding planning appointment or no later than 1 week before the wedding. Additional photography time beyond the allotted collection time will be charged at $150.00 per hour and will be due prior to the posting of the wedding images.
5. On-line photo galleries will be posted in approximately 2 weeks from the wedding date on the Internet for up to one year.
6 .Proof album will be available in approximately 3-4 weeks following wedding date.
7. Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of wedding album after final draft has been approved. An office appointment will be scheduled for the client to review and pick up the final album. (Exception will be out of town clients). If the client
chooses to request mail delivery and forgo the office visit to review the album, a shipping and handling fee of $15.00 will be assessed. In addition, if any changes need to be made to the album the client will have responsibility for returning and picking up the album.
8. All print orders require full payment when order is placed.
